Applicant's Pledge:

1. I do understand that this Playing Privilege will be valid only for one (1) year effective upon approval and NOT extended to the spouse and their
dependents.

2. I hereby pledge to strictly observe VGC Regulations while inside Veterans
Golf Course.

3. I hereby pledge to strictly follow and observe all policies promulgated by
the VGC.

4. I do understand that I will be paying (?) entry fee as new application.

5. I do understand that I will pay upon the approval of this application and
that this payment is non-refundable/non-transferable even in the event
that the VGC is closed.

6. That any willful violation on my part of Course policies and Regulations and/or breach of golf etiquette will be sufficient cause for the suspension or cancellation of my Playing Privilege.

7. I hereby certify that I have NO DEREGATORY or CRIMINAL CASE RECORD on
file.

8. I hereby certify that the above information is true and correct to the best
of my knowledge and belief.
